I want to become a client, how can I book?

I would love to have you! I typically book around 8 weeks out from the current date. If you’d like to book sooner than this, I work outside of my availability for an additional fee of $50. If this interests you, please text (833) 473-1548 with the service you’d like to book!

If you’d like to be notified of openings and cancellations, text “waitlist” to (833) 473-1548 and you will receive texts with a link to book whenever they become available . Thank you so much for your interest!

What are the prices of your services?

  • Brow Shaping (wax or tweeze): $30

  • Brow Lamination (includes tint + shaping if desired): $125

  • Signature Brow Tint (includes shaping if desired): $55

  • Lash Tint: $25

I have been a client of yours before but I can’t find a link to book. What do I do?

If I have not seen you in 8 weeks or longer, you are considered a new client! I see my clients on a 4-8 week basis. Check for availability on my booking site - www.vagaro.com/thebrowstar or join the waitlist by texting “waitlist” to (833) 473-1548.

What do I need to know before coming to my appointment?

  • No kids or guests - My studio is only large enough for one client at a time and there are breakable items through out my studio that can be a hazard to children. Guests can cause distractions to both you & I!

  • Please come to your appointment with no makeup in the area being serviced. (eyes for lash lifts, brows for brow services)

  • LASH LIFTS / BROW LAMINATIONS: these can only be done every 8 weeks for the health and safety of your lashes / brows. if coming from a different provider for these, it must've been 8 weeks, minimum, before being serviced by me.

  • CANNOT* be pregnant or breastfeeding for laminations or lash lifts (safety first! there are no studies on these services with pregnant clients) *unless cleared by your doctor prior to appointment time and must sign consent form*

  • Please arrive on time! I need the full service time to provide you with the best brows / lashes. Please contact me if you’re running late. If more than 10 minutes late, I will not have enough time to complete your service. Appointment will need to be paid in full in order to reschedule.

  • please feel free to show me any reference photos for the style / shape of brows you are looking for! I will let you know what is possible with the shape you are wanting with what you have to work with!

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Appointments must be cancelled / rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price

  • Appointments cancelled / rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • All cancellation / rescheduling fees must be paid within 48 hours to keep future appointments.

  • No call / no shows are not accepted. 100% of service price must be paid. To rebook, a 50% deposit is required.

  • 10+ minutes late to your appointment with no communication is considered a no show.

  • Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable
